We would like to inform you that Canon SELPHY CP760 has no drivers for Windows 10/Windows 8.1/Windows 8. So we suggest you to go the below link and download the Windows 7 drivers.

Now, after downloading the driver, please try to run it in compatibility mode and check if the issue persists.

1. Right click the driver set up.
2. In the compatibility tab, go to compatibility mode, tick the Run the program in compatibility mode for: select the windows operating system you want the driver to run in. (Windows 7 in this case)
